Black Rocks Black IPA

Beer #890 is an indian pale ale brewed by Buxton Brewery in Buxton, England, U.K..

A very enjoyable IPA that has a fruity aroma, complex flavors (coffee, licorice, caramel) and a lingering malty aftertaste.

The bottle size is 500ML with an alcohol content of 5.50% (containing approximately 2.20 AU / 2.80 UK standard drinks), .

My Rating is 7.00/10 which means it’s an excellent beer and well worth hunting down.

Brewer Notes:
Black Rocks is a Black IPA. It is very dark in colour, yet has many characteristics of an India Pale Ale. Late mash additions provide the colour without the harsher, roasted flavours of the dark malts. The beer has a blackcurrant aroma and flavours of liquorice and pithy grapefruit
