Farmhouse Red

Beer #1779 is a red ale brewed by La Sirene in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

This is a decent ale, slightly sour but at times somewhat sweet, tasting predominantly of cherry and raspberry with a yeasty presence. The bitterness is low and barely noticeable.

The bottle size is 330ML with an alcohol content of 6.50% (containing approximately 1.70 AU / 2.10 UK standard drinks), and it cost me $9.99.

My Rating is 5.75/10 which means it’s lacking something to make it a genuinely good beer, although it’s drinkable enough.
