Myrtle’s Summer Fling

Beer #1981 is a golden ale brewed by Nomad Brewing Co. in Brookvale, Australia.

Much better than many full strength beers, this is a light but refreshing and – importantly – tasty ale which, at a paltry 2.8% ABV, definitely impresses. Lemon myrtle imparts it with a lemon lime zing, albeit never full-on, and there’s a lingering maltiness and bitterness that stays with you all the way to the end of the glass and beyond.

The bottle size is 500ML with an alcohol content of 2.80% (containing approximately 1.10 AU / 1.40 UK standard drinks), and it cost me $8.99.

My Rating is 6.50/10 which means it’s a very good beer, usually very tasty or bitter (which I love!).
