Stone Stochasticity Project Quadrotriticale

Beer #1645 is a quadrupel brewed by Stone Brewing Co in Escondido, California, America.

This is a strong tasting quad ale, bitterly sweet and spicy, mostly clove, with a little fruit and caramel. The 9.3% alcohol is mostly well hidden. This is not my favorite Stone beer though as I don’t find it particularly drinkable.

The bottle size is 640ML with an alcohol content of 9.30% (containing approximately 4.70 AU / 6.00 UK standard drinks), and it cost me $22.99.

My Rating is 5.50/10 which means while it’s not bad, it’s also just rather ordinary.
