Salted Caramel Reserve

Beer #3439 is an imperial stout brewed by Bacchus Brewing in Queensland, Australia.

A rich imperial stout, quite thick tasting and a touch on the salty side but that’s in no way a complaint. There’s sweet caramel upfront, and the massive 15.1% ABV makes it dangerously drinkable contributing a bit of a booziness (unsurprisingly). There’s also more than a touch of bourbon, aged on Woodford Reserve Bourbon. Very good.

The bottle size is 490ML with an alcohol content of 15.10% (containing approximately 5.80 AU / 7.40 UK standard drinks), and it costs $23.00.

My Rating is 6.50/10 which means it’s a very good beer, usually very tasty or bitter (which I love!).

6.50
