Salty Sea Stout

Beer #1965 is a stout brewed by Two Metre Tall Company in Tasmania.

Made with oysters, mussels, seaweed and sea water, this is a failed attempt at something out of the ordinary. It’s meant to be a stout but tastes nothing of the sort. You can sense some malt in this beer but it’s washed away by the excessive saltiness and a fair amount of tartiness. I drank over half the bottle but then I’d had enough.

The bottle size is 750ML with an alcohol content of 5.20% (containing approximately 3.10 AU / 3.90 UK standard drinks), and it cost me $19.99.

My Rating is 4.50/10 which means it’s not enjoyable to drink.
