Stone Stochasticity Project Grainiac

Beer #1999 is a strong ale brewed by Stone Brewing Co in Escondido, California, America.

The penultimate beer before the Big One … This is a tasty ale, it’s nutty and a little bready, quite sweet with toffee and malt, the 8.5% ABV contributes a warmth but thankfully little hint of wineyness, the rye generates a spiciness, and the hops give it a refreshing but minor grapefruit hit and a solid welcome bitterness to counteract the sweetness. Excellent.

The bottle size is 640ML with an alcohol content of 8.50% (containing approximately 4.30 AU / 5.40 UK standard drinks), and it cost me $25.99.

My Rating is 7.00/10 which means it’s an excellent beer and well worth hunting down.
