Texas Tea

Beer #1740 is a brown ale brewed by Garage Project in Wellington, New Zealand.

A delicious brown ale that tingles the lips and tongue with Habanero chili, the satisfying heat combining nicely with chocolate, which is not overplayed, and roasted malts. I didn’t get the pear though I sensed a little fruit in there. Another winner from New Zealand.

The bottle size is 650ML with an alcohol content of 6.20% (containing approximately 3.20 AU / 4.00 UK standard drinks), and it cost me $20.00.

My Rating is 7.00/10 which means it’s an excellent beer and well worth hunting down.

Brewer Notes:
A Texas Brown Ale with a twist. Brewed with Warrior, Columbus and Simcoe, habaneros chilli and prickly pear. Think hot and hoppy cactus sizzurp. Welcome to weird Texas.
