Jenlain Ambree

Beer #1145 is an ale brewed by Duyck in Jenlain, France.

A terrific ale, tasting strongly of honey, caramel, cherries, grapefruit and much more.

The bottle size is 750ML with an alcohol content of 7.50% (containing approximately 4.40 AU / 5.60 UK standard drinks), and it cost me $11.99.

My Rating is 7.25/10 which means it’s a terrific beer.

Brewer Notes:
A singular golden colour, no other beer can rival… A colour, so pleasing to the eye, which we owe to roasted malt. An autumnal malty and floral bouquet for an extremely characterful beer. Caramel, cooked fruits… a vast array of aromas that intermingle for the pleasure of all beer lovers. A high fermentation, non-pasteurised beer that amateurs can easily recognise thanks to its rich hop and malt flavour. The first of all Jenlains! This is the beer that offered the Duyck brewery its renown. It entered History in 2012, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of so many shared pleasures.
